Upon arrival, there are 2 bottles of water as a welcome gift. The bottles cannot be taken outside the room and are collected the following day during the room cleaning.
The devices are independent and can be adjusted autonomously via the in-room controllers.

The service is available from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Each room is equipped with a safe, and the instructions can be found inside/near the safe. We kindly ask our guests not to leave money or valuables unattended, as we will not be held responsible for any loss.
The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM, ensuring that nothing is left behind, and the room keys are returned to the reception. If you have special requests, we offer a free luggage storage service at the reception. If you need a later check-out, subject to room availability, you can purchase the late check-out service by arranging it with the reception.
The hotel organizes guided tours and themed excursions in collaboration with various affiliated tour operators.
The rooms are fully stocked with minibar items, and guests can consume the products available, which will be charged and replenished daily by our staff. On the day of departure, please inform the reception of any consumption not yet recorded. We remind you that the use of fridge spaces is exclusively reserved for the provided items.

The services guarantee the delivery of items within 36 hours. To use this service, we kindly ask our guests to place the clothes in the designated bag found in the room's wardrobe and to hand it to the reception staff along with the completed form.

Room cleaning is carried out daily, as is the replacement of bathroom towels. In compliance with environmental protection policies, bed linens are changed every 3 days of stay. Should you have different requirements, please inform the reception.
P.S. Do not hang the "Make up the room" sign under any circumstances. Instead, please use the "Do not disturb" sign if you wish to decline the service.
The hotel pool is open from May to October, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
The reception service is available 24/7, and can also be reached from the room phone by dialing number 100.
Open from May to October (depending on weather conditions), every day from 9:00 AM. The closing time varies between 5:00 PM and 6:45 PM (depending on the season). Included in the room rate is 1 spot with 2 sunbeds (from the 5th row onward), from the day of arrival until the day before departure. On the day of departure, you can use the Beach Club with an additional fee (the rate varies depending on the season). The spot must be reserved every day for the following day at the hotel's reception.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

In the room, there are two remote controls for the air conditioner and smart TV. If they do not work, please report it to the reception.
It is strictly forbidden to use the hotel bath towels in the pool, on the beach, or outside the property.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
- Keep the room key card carefully, and in case of loss, please notify the reception immediately. A fee of 10.00€ will be charged for the loss of the key card.
- Do not leave valuables in plain sight, safes are available for free in your room.
- Do not leave luggage unattended during check-in/check-out procedures.
- The voltage of the electrical current throughout the hotel is 220V. Please do not connect appliances with different voltages.
- The hotel complies with fire prevention laws. All rooms are furnished with fire-resistant materials.
- Customers are reminded that safety regulations do not allow the use of irons (except the ones provided by us), stoves, food warmers, electric or gas heaters in the rooms.
- Thermal loads above the normal or the presence of smoke trigger the fire alarm system.
- Please promptly inform the reception of any malfunction, missing item, or issue encountered in your room.
Hotel Rivage Taormina Pet Policy
Taking holidays with your pet is an exemplary gesture, but it must be done with awareness. Hotel Rivage accepts pets (dogs and cats), but out of respect for other guests and the common rules of hygiene, the owners must ensure that the following rules are respected:
- Pets are allowed at our hotel, upon notice at the time of booking
- The cost for bringing a pet is 12.00€ per day (except for guide dogs), as it is necessary to perform a more thorough cleaning of the room using suitable cleaning and disinfecting products. If there are two pets, the daily rate will be 50% of the cost.
- In the common areas of the hotel, animals must be brought on a leash or in a cage
- Always clean up your pets' excrement, whether in the room, in the common areas or outside the hotel
- As it would normally happen when you are in the city, you should have a small shovel and bag to contain the droppings of your four-legged friend
- It is forbidden to use any bedding or bathroom linen for the pet (grooming, bedding, or anything else).
- Pets are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. If the dog is used to doing this at home, it is very likely that it will do the same in the hotel. Therefore, it would be advisable to use suitable towels and sheets to cover the surfaces and avoid stains from saliva, hair, or other substances.
- When you leave the hotel it is not allowed to leave animals alone in the rooms. We ask you not to leave him for reasons of responsibility and because, if he were to "complain" or bark, he could disturb the peace of the hotel and its guests.
- For reasons of your pet's safety and comfort, the room service will not clean the room if your pet is left unattended.
- As long as room service is in your room, please be present and keep your pet on a leash or in a cage. Please contact the reception or room service to arrange the most appropriate time for daily cleaning
- Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage that may result from them.
- Animals must be accustomed to living indoors and to a regime of cleanliness. The management reserves the right to charge any costs due to damage caused or for any special sanitization of the room. It also reserves the right to withdraw, at any time and without notice, the contract of stay to anyone who does not comply with the above indications.
- Pets must be kept on a leash on the beach, and we kindly ask you to always clean up after them.
